WINDLESS WINTER.

As the nation struggles on through one of the coldest snaps on record for this time of year; why is it that the world continues with these expensive junkets, chewing the fat on something that is now known to be a farcical bundle of lies, 'global warming'? A vehicle against which governments can increase taxes by scaremongering. The writer is aware that, currently, there is warm air over much of the Atlantic Ocean, stretching up to the Arctic, which looks as though it will be with us, over Britain, by the weekend. So what! It has all happened before.

Particularly concerning is what is this supine Coalition Government doing about it? The only answer that we keep hearing is that we are erecting tens of thousands of wind turbines, all manufactured abroad of course. Well, we have an idea here. Let the Government give us a figure of the maximum number required of these obnoxious monstrosities; it obviously knows this from it's forward planning. We can then estimate, via an independent adviser, the amount of anticipated electricity to be generated the following day, by this 'toy town' method. This can commence immediately , acting as a harbinger for our supplies.

What the rest of us then need to do is decide where the compensation will come from, following the inevitable unnecessary deaths from hypothermia.
