INCONTINENT INTERNET.

Let us not be too surprised at the information now available to the whole world due to WikiLeaks disclosures. The old western world exists in this vacuum of debt and playing with electrical gadgetry, particularly computers; becoming suckers to the blanketing of this strange voyeurism. Not forgetting fanciful mobile phones and moronic computer games. All this adds up to getting what the participants deserve; the tab unfortunately has to be picked up by the intelligent sector, even in retirement.

To make a comparison: the current, extended freezing weather typifies the ludicrous state of a nation, which grinds to a halt at the first sign of wintry conditions. The group of us familiar with winters in the 'forties', when, without central heating, we just had to get on with it. The nation now employs people bent on internet information, retiring at 60 on a good pension, to prevent us from preparing youngsters to face up to the realities of life. All of which ruins the future of a weak, third rate country, busy ordering their next piece of soon obsolete equipment in time for Christmas.

It is difficult, as a lay man, to estimate the damage that could be done by WikiLeaks' revelations. What is obvious, the powers that be are not taking sufficient care with our security.
