THE JUDICIARY + TERRORISM Vs LOGIC.

As a child growing up during WWII, generally in my East Midlands environment, apart from rare aerial attacks, we felt secure. What has become intriguing, therefore, is why there is now far more danger on the streets of Britain than was the case in those earlier years? Well, it's because we have created a demonic situation, whereby the criminal is defended vehemently by the law of the land, which incorporates the European Convention on Human Rights.

When that 'political tart' Tony Blair, signed up to this charter, which gave his barrister wife 'a nice little earner', he created a whole new industry in the field of law. Unfortunately, this runs counter to lowering the National Debt, by paying out millions in fees to the practitioners in law; a tab picked up by taxpayer GB, if not now, later.

Probably the whole world is aware that we cannot deport the terror suspect Abu Qatada, due to his 'human rights'. The judiciary sees this as being far more important than the rest of society which has to keep picking up the bill, not only for the court hearings, but for the thousands of pounds in benefits.

Only socialism could come up with such a scheme.

WE WERE MUCH SAFER UNDER THE PREVIOUS SYSTEM.

MARXISM AND THE PRESS.

It is not totally clear yet whether or not that the decision made at Westminster regarding regulating the press will become law by act of parliament, or be controlled via a royal charter. Either way this is a deplorable situation which has befallen a nation that has a proud history, going back more than three hundred years, regarding freedom of the press and speech. Such things are to be cherished.

Unfortunately, in recent years, parts of the press have overstepped the mark by some considerable margin.  This has, however, been confronted and dealt with, in many cases with prison sentences for the accused for their phone hacking activities. The hearing, overseen by Lord Leveson of the Judiciary, a 'Tart Fest' in the eyes of the author, although for good reasons, entertained more celebrities than 'Sunday Night At The London Paladium'. Even the members of the judiciary were close to a song and dance routine. The denouement revealed the most amateurish conclusion, suggesting that Parliament should consider tighter controls in the future. This was a perfect moment for the Ultra-Marxist, 'Thoroughly Modern' Miliband. He was joined swiftly by the man from 'Cleggoland', the Deputy Prime Minister, who also has a leftish limp. What the limited thinking of Leveson, unless he is also a secret 'pinkoe', is that he has given the politicians with the most to hide, a great opportunity to overrule any press findings regarding their misdoings.

Amusingly, Nations such as Zimbabwe and Russia have 'made hay' at our deplorable, childlike 'left' in UK politics.

THE MARXISM IS SIMILAR TO THAT OF BRUSSELS.

PROPPING UP PROPERTY PRICES IS NOT GOOD.

Another year, another budget. Although the Chancellor of the Exchequer has little room for manoeuvre, due to the ongoing crisis in the Euro zone; plus not starting soon enough, ie: 2010, to clear up the mess left by the previous Labour Regime. Unfortunately, acting like a socialist will only exacerbate Britain's financial woes. Chancellor Osborne has offered to assist house buyers with loans to top up their deposits for a mortgage, in many cases by as much as 15/20%, a level set by commercial lenders to resist property inflation. We could say this will be from taxpayer GB, but in actual fact it will be a tax bill later, as it will be shunted down the line, adding to the already astronomical National Debt of £5trillion. This is beginning to smack of Fannie Mae (1938) and Freddie Mac (1970), the two loan agencies, both created in the USA to assist house purchase. All appeared to be going well until the 1990's: Enter Clinton, stage left. This is when the abuse started; encouraged by the President, money was being loaned with little hope of repayment, hence the credit crisis which refuses to go away.

So what is the purpose of this funding at the behest of more debt; to find work for builders and to endeavour to keep the property market at an inflated level, the economics of a moron. The market has to be allowed to float and find its own level. We could add, that much of this activity will take place on 'green belt' land, advocated by a government that informs us that it is the most 'green' administration ever.

CHASING THE DEBT IS FOR FOOLS.

SO YOU THINK YOU'RE CURED.

Much is currently being talked about regarding the ineffectiveness of antibiotics. There is nothing new here about the possibility of medicines in general losing their properties to fight disease; there has been a cause for concern for some decades. It is also possible that their over use, particularly by being overly prescribed, has given rise to even worse diseases.

The late William Donald Hamilton, a biologist with very strong views on opposing what he saw as nature's wishes, which we assume is our birthright, to extend our time here on earth for longer than nature intended. Hamilton's theories could well have been an extension of the thoughts of the German Ernst Haeckel; some of whose theories were adopted by Hitler.

Nevertheless, medicine upon demand, which Governments love to portray as free, in the wonderful British Welfare State, could well be showing signs of 'backfiring'. We have written previously in these columns about taking on the greatest force in the world.

THAT FORCE, NATURE, WILL ALWAYS WIN.

BISHOPS WANT THE STRIVERS PUSHED INTO POVERTY.

The new Archbishop of Canterbury, the senior cleric in the Anglican Church, The Most Reverend Justin Welby, is leading his fellow Bishops in a crusade, opposing the elected government of the United Kingdom, regarding reforms in the benefits system. The minister in charge of the changes, which have been extremely well thought through by one of the outstanding successes of the regime, Ian Duncan-Smith. His findings are, that benefits will only increase by 1% for the next three years. Such notions of bringing, in many cases, the feckless into line with the workers in this society whose incomes have been frozen, generally, for a number of years, have angered the Bishops and their allies in the Labour Party, BBC and the Guardian newspaper. How extraordinary, particularly as the new Archbishop includes on his CV: executive of an oil company. One would have hoped he would have grasped a little knowledge regarding simple economics; evidently not.

The British Broadcasting Corporation can be relied upon to support any cause that wastes OPM (other people's money). It also needed something to report avoiding the most devastating story over the weekend; apropos the ongoing Jimmy Savile saga. Savile, who in his time appeared to be doing good charitable works, which, in many cases, was apparently rewarded by overlooking his penchant for paedophilia. For this activity, his biggest ally appears to have been the BBC. The story in question came about with a middle aged woman who is refusing to pay her TV annual licence, because, as a child from a broken home, she was encouraged with treats by a BBC staff member and subsequently introduced to Savile, which apparently led to a series of abuses by many a member of this discredited outfit. None of which, quite naturally, is mentioned in their current news broadcasts.

KIPPERED BY UKIP.

The last year has certainly seen substantial improvement at the various polls for the anti-Europe party, UKIP. They are now emerging as the Conservative party by disenchanted Tory voters, which includes the author.

The constituency of Eastleigh, on the English south coast, was held by the doubtful Liberal Democrats. As a consequence, a by-election was called to replace the sitting MP, Chris 'Rough' Huhne, who had to stand down following police charges, due to his subversion of the law regarding a driving offence. We can add to this the current insinuations regarding the former Lib-Dem fixer, Lord Rennard, who has been accused of abusing his position with young women party workers. When this news broke, party leader 'the man from Cleggoland' Nick Clegg, denied any knowledge; within days, however, he had to admit that his memory had improved. Another astounding fact the locals appeared to have overlooked, was the closure of a Ford Motor plant, which has now moved to Turkey, with partial funding from the European Union, to which Britain is a major subscriber. It gets more astounding, inasmuch as the Lib-Dem party is the most pro EU outfit in British politics. It hardly adds up.

The one thing that the winners did do, however, was to encourage the electorate to vote by post, before the Lord Rennard news broke. Postal voting is becoming more popular, but remains 'iffy'.

Enter UKIP (the new Conservative party), stage right. Some might call this party a bit of a 'cinderella outfit'. They are, nevertheless, led by the best British politician of his age, the ultra bright, former city trader, Nigel Farage, whose performances in the Brussels Parliament are often sheer dynamite (see Youtube). Many consider that he should have stood in the Eastleigh 'farrargo'. Although I'm not claiming any plaudits here, I emailed my MEP, Roger Helmer, suggesting the very opposite; implying that the party must be about more than one person.

As for the Tories, well, playing into the hands of the political left, promoting same sex marriage, is not endearing their core voters. The Labour Party on the other hand are happy to cruise to the next General Election when they will promise large benefits to the feckless, of which there are many. With UKIP stealing much of the Tory vote, Labour will, more than likely emerge winners, by default.

GOOD ADVICE WILL THEN BE: TO STEER CLEAR OF THE FAN.
