JUNIOR MASTERMIND.

Your specialist subject, Prime Minister, is 'Climate Change'. Q. Are the flood waters that are currently covering vast tracts of the British Isles due to climate change? A. "They might well be". The questioner is a dim, fully paid up 'green' Tim Farron, a Lib Dem MP. Perhaps an answer along the following lines would have been both more adult and accurate: "Actually it is due to over-population and building on flood plains". The writer refers to this type of interrogation as a 'pantomime' question; we have to endure similar in the weekly TV programme 'Question Time'. The questioner is scripted to pursue this childlike patter, hoping to embarrass the recipient. Cameron, naturally running with the answer that would most please the 'Green Lobby', a group which has opted out of all logic. This, as we might imagine, provoked his own supporters into a mini revolt, for falling so lamely to a trick by an outfit that can only get heard in Parliament, as they would not be able to hold down a proper job. The PM's response exposed what the author refers to as his 'blue rinse' socialism.

Additionally, Cameron should have explained that the burgeoning taxes imposed are due to this so-called climate change, which has been around since the world began. For example: December 2013 is only the 20th. wettest December since records began in the year 1910, the wettest being 1914. Could it be that WWI had some kind of effect? Surely someone will make a case for such nonsense.

MEANWHILE, MANY ELDERLY FOLK ARE SUFFERING FROM HYPOTHERMIA DUE TO THIS IMPOSITION.
