THE OBVIOUS LEFT WING BIAS OF THE BBC.
I'm sure most folk around the world are aware that the British Broadcasting Corporation has a world wide news service; add to that a British National coverage, plus a regional output. At every level, political newscasts show a consistent leaning towards the more than dim Labour Party. Remember them? They tend to give all economies a severe headache; but the BBC, which is financed by extorting money from the public via a licensing system, rather strangely, gives itself a superior view of what is good and what is bad for us. Naturally, it abhors free enterprise, loves the drugs culture, but is against legitimate tobacco smoking; making it the perfect propaganda machine for the big spending 'Left'.
In the last few days, three news items have highlighted this idealism lurking in the mindset of the news writers, which is probably the handy work of trendy little 'Pinkos' fresh from their Marxist university indoctrination. Two of these items appeared on the East Midlands regional news: Robin Baldry, recently a Derbyshire County Councillor, has been convicted of making false claims for expenses, with no mention of his political affiliation; in checking online, is found to be Independent. The second local incident, involves a Derby City Councillor, Balbir Sandhu, owner of a clothing manufacturing concern, who has been charged with employing illegal immigrants. Initially, one would have to guess which party he represented, which did show up briefly in the final shot, when being congratulated by his fellow Labour Party activists on winning his ward. The point being made here is, that if either of the two aforementioned local politicians had been Conservatives, the fact would have been highlighted in the headlines.
The main story, however, is the Libyan, Sami al Saadi, who was deported by Britain to face the wrath of Gaddafi, following an agreement between Gaddafi and the then British Prime Minister, the deplorable Tony Blair. Again the headline only referred to the British Government agreeing to pay £2million plus in compensation. The story, to the unenlightened, was giving the impression that these awful deeds were perpetrated by the current government, rather than Blair.
HOW DID THE BBC ACQUIRE THE RIGHT TO HAVE A NEWS SERVICE?
