A FLAG OF CONVENIENCE.
During a week when I'm sure most folk are sick to the back teeth of hearing about promoting women, ethnic minorities and homosexuals, simply because they are what they are. Not only the dim bunch, The Institute for Government, but Senior Judge, Lord Neuberger added support to the farcical notion of fixing equality. When considering ability to perform a job, gender, sexuality or colour have nothing to do with it in a logical world; plus the fact that no group of applicants can be considered to have equal talents, just as their fingerprints differ.
Running concurrently with a rash of 'Camberwick Green' childishness, we have the spat between Home Secretary, Theresa May (or may not), someone whom I cannot forgive for pushing the appalling 'Harman' equality bill through the House, and the indigestible 'Minnie' Cooper, May's shadow. This spat is all about our lack of border controls and whether or not May, or the civil servant, Brodie Clark was at fault. Cooper, on the other hand, a member of the former Government that encouraged all and sundry to enter the country, virtually unchecked, has the audacity to criticize the current regime.
An important aspect of selection is, that in offering people employment, certainly in the private sector, the choice has to be with the employer. We understand that in the public sector, where diversity rules, things are different. This is a major cause of the West having gone broke. Certainly in the case of socialism, most members couldn't hold down a simple job, never mind run a business.
ALL PARTIES CONCERNED NEED TO GET OUT MORE.
