DIM BULBS AND DIMMER MINISTERS.

As we disappear into an artificially created twilight, thanks to long life bulbs, let us consider the complete scene of endless items upon which we rely daily as routine aids, or, as the expression goes 24/7. We have no need to list these, as many of them are at our finger tips.

Let us now consider the future, applying some joined-up thinking. By approximately 2015, we shall become starved of electricity, as our power stations pass their use-by date. Wind turbines will never fill more than a minimal gap, even with the thousands that are proposed. During periods of low pressure, don't expect to be watching your favourite soap, filling your car with petrol/diesel or be checking out at the supermarket.

Be aware that the Government is doing absolutely nothing to rectify this. It is, in fact, leaving the problem for the next administration, so that they can point an accusatory finger at them for not going green.

What we have to do, when we are freezing in the long sub-zero winter days due to global cooling, is to sue the current Government as individuals, not the state, following the violation of our human rights.
