NON-THIRSTY VEGETABLES, THE BREAKTHROUGH.

Just when you think that all the morons are away on their summer break, Hilary Benn appears on our TV screens to announce that we will be sloshing about in much more water, as the boffins are now producing fruit and vegetables that will thrive on the minimum of moisture. If only these simpletons would observe the weather rather than the deficit they have created. All such research would naturally have cost us millions of pounds. They so obviously should have been looking at growth that requires more water, which would help get rid of all this summer's rain.

We can only suppose that the same team will next be engaged in advanced blotting paper technology.

GLUG, GLUG.
