THE CROSSROADS.

It's decision time.

If only we had politicians who acted for the survival of the nation rather than themselves. Anywhere we look this country is in serious trouble. Socialism is never better than a theory aimed at conning the masses, that we can all live happily ever after, paid for by somebody else. The more people borrow the happier we all will be. Hands up those who were taught this notion by their parents? I thought as much! You can't blame the backward people in government for this if you voted for them. They can all masquerade looking important, when all that they are doing is rubber stamping laws passed in Brussels by unelected busybodies. Brown and company are on their third term, working hard trying to convince us that, by using shed- loads of Taxpayer GB's cash, they can salvage their own jobs. Let us, therefore, consider the track record of the Labour party in Government. One term only is enough to turn the economy into a tailspin. Brown's current trip, panhandling in the oil rich states of the Middle East being his latest ploy, trying to convince us what a talented person he is. Just remember that his awesome tax regime caused this economic disaster.

The BBC is another area where the public is obliged to pay. Why on earth do we have to finance all these radio and TV stations; what is public service radio doing with Radio 1 & 3? Surely we can do without a number of the TV channels. Considerable cuts are necessary. We have, in all walks of life, to pull in our horns. We must not let this moment be lost.

In the USA, as they are about to elect their next president should it have slipped your notice, they cannot afford an incumbent of the White House promising the world, when he won't have more than two dollars to rub together.

So, as Brits, what do we do? We could of course ask Lewis Hamilton for a loan. Well done to him.

What the PM wishes us to do, however, is borrow the money (our money), generously given to the banks, in order to tax us again on any financial activity. This would exacerbate the situation even more, by which time he will be long gone, living the life of Larry on a fat pension. Unless of course we put a block on it.

THE GOVERNMENT STILL CANNOT UTTER THE WORD SAVE!
