SLEEPING WITH THE ENEMY.
Over recent years, here in the United Kingdom, we have, and are still witnessing, a complete judicial farce around an attempt by 'green activists', who were determined to take over Ratcliffe on Soar power station near Nottingham, as some kind of environmental protest. Some years before, the police had infiltrated the group, using an officer, Mark Kennedy. Naturally it will never be disclosed what overall information was collected, but obviously, plans and proposed activities were being fed back to Police Headquarters; the 'double agent' was apparently performing according to his brief. His tenure lasted for around seven years, during which time he had two separate relationships with women group members. This is probably the norm within the lifestyle of these 'pack' beings. The group were apprehended in their attempt to take over the aforementioned power station, and subsequently charged. Let us make no bones about the importance of such an act. It would have disrupted industry and seen many elderly people, which includes the writer, suffering without power, and possible hypothermia.
This is where the farcical aspect of the crime emerges. The group faced court charges for their actions, which overall would have cost taxpayer GB an astronomic amount. Subsequently however, they were forgiven for their sins. Apparently the police infiltration was deemed somehow to be illegal. This is a court ruling, suggesting that the police, in their endeavours to protect the public, were ruled out of order for their covert activity. The offenders were therefore let off. It now gets even more bizarre: The courts, in their alter ego as 'agony aunts', it is suggested, that the two women from the offending group will be allowed to make charges regarding their relationship with the officer. This naturally will include civil rights lawyers, probably as many as the original protesting group. By now this will be costing the nation millions of pounds. Incidentally, if double jeopardy is in fashion, I'm sure that we have the ideal case here.
Had such childlike nonsense been in force between 1939/45, we would have had to re-run WWII, conforming to court's wishes.
THE JUDICIARY HAS TO BE HAULED IN, AND QUICKLY.
