THE NORTH WIND DOESN'T BLOW.
Let us fast forward to the year 2020, by which time we, according to our dim policy makers, will be more reliant upon wind power, according to our self imposed rules. Naturally nobody has asked the poor people who are obliged to pay these ridiculously excessive charges. They are ridiculous, inasmuch as most intelligent folk would be aware, based on the current weather of freezing rain and snow, and turning up of boilers to counteract the cold. During such becalmed periods in the future, what type of contingency is in place to safeguard against hypothermia. We have to start to insist upon what politicians love to call 'Plan B'.
Within the next few months, we need a concerted effort to remind our so-called leaders to start thinking in practical terms, by reducing the size of our fuel bills; giving taxpayer GB more money to actually spend on important things; and dare I mention, making provisions for their future by saving money. All these factors are closely related, and have to be promoted with the utmost rigour.
WE SHALL HAVE SNOW, WIND OR NO WIND.
