IT'S THE WAY BROWN TELLS 'EM.
Our illustrious, world saving PM has rarely mentioned the word tax in the twelve years, come next spring, that his party has been squeezing every ounce of cash from the economy and more when including the borrowed amount. What was happening during the 'age of change' should have been clear from the start, we do not generate enough money within the economy to live the life of proflegacy that has been top of the agenda, both privately and publicly. The way in which many people took chances with their personal finances has shown a total lack of responsibility. It was, however, encouraged by this Government as it has continued on it's way, spending money that in many cases didn't exist. Nevertheless, Brown feels it appropriate to dangle the bait with tax cuts; now being able to mention the word tax in association with cuts. This is only a sop of course to sound the way for a snap election, as mentioned previously.
So where does all the money go? We know that the borough of Haringey receives plenty, which sadly is money thrown away. Incidently, Cameron performed exceptionally well at PMQ's this week regarding the disgraceful failure of the borough authorities in not preventing what is far worse than any maltreatment of war prisoners; not that the writer condones these alleged misdemeanors. The Government benches were displaying their customary ignorance regarding the situation. We will subsquently be informed that lessons will be learned from this case. Why should we believe this to be the situation, this hasn't happened in the past.
Let us take the Haringey failures and multiply this many times. Not all social service departments are irresponsible, but what is the state doing pretending to be the best parent for the job? It isn't only socialism that has fallen for this type of central control. If the opposition wish to impress, they must make loud noises about a return to a well balanced family life, with the discipline starting at home. This, naturally, means backing the traditional family unit and not single parents, particularly irresponsible ones living off the state (this is after we have paid via our taxes for endless birth control).
DOES SITTING BULL EVEN CONSIDER MAKING SAVINGS HERE? YOU BET HE DOESN'T.
