Further to comments in the last posting, in the latest edition of 'Question Time', one of the questions referred to a suggestion by Boris Johnson for more youngsters to join the Scout/Guide Movements. I'm sure most readers are aware that these organisations were initiated early last century and have been a success story throughout the world. Why is it, therefore, that within the audience, we had to listen to sniggers?



I suppose from a socialist led decline into the third world, we can expect little better.
