'NADINE, NADINE', COULD BE A COUNTRY AND WESTERN SONG!

There was a time when this blog spoke highly of Nadine Dorries. She spoke out clearly leading the anti-abortion debate some time ago (PLEASE, NOT CAMERON'S CONCUBINES. 1/5/09). Since then, however, she has gone downhill rapidly in the author's opinion.

Dorries' stand on MP's expenses is bad enough, but to blab online regarding her love life is pathetic. We have absolutely no reason to be informed of the circumstances of her relationship with her married beau. His circumstances are his business and not for general release; families are involved here!

The medium that is highlighted in this instance is online information. One could argue that this is the system that is bringing these thoughts to any potential reader. Shouldn't we, therefore, be seeking some kind of protection of the innocent in the face of immature gossip.
