WE'LL HUFF AND WE'LL PUFF.

Isn't it strange how we let nature pass us by without considering it's significance? We in the UK are coming to the end of a period of high pressure, which has been in control over most of Britain since before Christmas, during which time we have experienced scarcely a breeze. The temperature, however, has for much of the time been sub-zero. A fat lot of good our expensive 'wind turbines' have been at a time when demand was at it highest. We can add to this the fact that, in Lincolnshire, the blades of one of the turbines is so badly damaged that we can safely assume that it is beyond economic repair. Whatever the answer might be, we could be talking hundreds of thousands of pounds for a replacement.
